Description: Applicants must be graduate accounting majors at any Kansas Colleges and Universities (or graduate candidates). Scholarship will be awarded to one student. Qualified scholarship applicants must demonstrate academic success based on undergraduate academic performance, the potential for success in graduate studies, leadership, and participation in community, charitable, university, governmental, and/or other civic activities.

Women Leading Kentucky Undergraduate Scholarship

Description: High School applicants must be a female senior attending a Kentucky high school who exhibits exceptional leadership. The recipient must attend a Kentucky college or university in the upcoming fall semester to receive the one-time scholarship award ranging from $1,000 – $1,500. They must demonstrate leadership abilities on campus/community. Applicants must also be a high school senior enrolling in a KY college/university in the upcoming fall semester, have a GPA of 3.0 or better and have a letter of recommendation from instructor, employer or community leader. Students can be pursuing any degree or major.

Undergraduate applicants must be female undergraduate students who demonstrate exceptional leadership and are attending a Kentucky college/university. They must demonstrate leadership abilities on campus/community. They must be currently enrolled full-time as a freshman, sophomore or junior and have a GPA of 3.0 or better. They must also be pursing the following majors: Sports, media, engineering, finance, banking, literature, creative writing, journalism.

Amount: $1,500

Deadline: April 1, 2025
